Our chef Tony will be leading the kitchen team and will serve as the main maestroe behind the woks.  The term "kung fu" refers to more than martial arts, it also refers to skills and techniques acquired through long hours and hard work.  With over 25 years of Asian cuisine experience, Tony brings his 'kung fu' to Ottawa for the first time!  An active member of the Sunny Tang Kung Fu Club in Carp, Tony practices 'kung fu' in all aspects of life.
